Forgive me readers for I have sinned. It has been 2 months since my last cigar. You see, I am a fair weather smoker. The past few months up here in New Hampshire have consisted, almost exclusively, of snowy days and insanely cold days. The five day forecast shows highs of 30, 19, 18, 25, and 29 with a little snow forecasted for the warmer days at the end. To further complicate matters, my patio looks like a hockey rink maintained by an overeager Zamboni driver.
I’m just curious, are there any other “Fair Weather Smokers” out there or do I simply need to mail in my man card?
A mere three hours after writing this little post, I decided that I was having a cigar. The winner was one of the Alec Bradley’s I won from a CigarJack contest.
I’d love to tell you to mail it in.. but I would venture to say we’re all a bit guilty of keeping up with our outdoor hobbies in this nightmarish season.

Don, You are more than welcome to join several of us this Saturday afternoon at Castro’s Back Room in Nashua. We should be there around 2pm.

Probably not going to make unfortunately. Unless I bring the kids. :)
I’m guilty of the same thing Dandy.
Every day I look at that humidor with intense longing.
…but the weather never complies.
I did get out this past December to my favorite cigar bar in Boston and had a very nice Rocky Patel with a friend.

Of course, now they’ll be closing those last few holdouts too.
These smoking laws are truly facist!
Step. How the hell are you?
It’s only a matter of time before the “Nanny State” mentality slips across the border to the north and drags us down with you. For now, there are still a couple of good places left in NH.
You need to get your butt to the Aleppo Smoker on Mar. 20. Good food, tons of free cigars, whisky and wine tasting, raffles, silent auction, and great entertainment. $100 is far too cheap a price. Even Rocky Patel was there.
I’m just dandy Dandy, thanks for asking.
I’d ask you the same thing but you appear to be doing quite well!
I’m actually seriously considering the Aleppo…
It’s pending wife and daughter approval.
…wish me luck and save me a seat!
