Polar Bear

I recently had a mixed drink the other day that I thought I should share with the rest of you. The drink is extremely simple and quite good. All you need is a fifty-fifty mix of Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and Peppermint Schnapps on the rocks. It has an almost Peppermint Patty / Junior Mint quality to it and is quite refreshing. My wife prefers hers with regular Godiva (brown), but frankly I think they’re just about equal.
